Third Trimester Pregnancy Essentials: 7 Products I'm Actually Using Daily

I'm currently in my third trimester with my third baby, and if there's one thing I've learned through three pregnancies, it's that not every product is worth the hype.
Over the years, I've spent money on things I barely used, products that made big promises and didn't deliver, and a few things that genuinely made pregnancy easier.
As a busy mom already raising two daughters, running a household, working from home, and preparing for another baby, comfort and support matter more than ever right now.
These are the products I'm actually using daily in my third trimester and would happily buy again.
A quick note: This isn't a list of everything I've purchased during pregnancy. These are the items that earned a permanent spot in my daily routine because they've genuinely helped me sleep better, feel better, or make pregnancy more comfortable.
Some of the links below are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through them at no additional cost to you. I only share products I personally use, love, and would recommend to a friend.
1. The Pregnancy Pillow That Changed My Life
I've tried a ton of regular pillows during pregnancy.
Every night felt like a puzzle where I constantly had to rearrange pillows into the perfect position just to get comfortable. Then I'd roll over and have to start all over again.
I also tried other pregnancy pillows that were too firm, too high, caused neck pain, or created weird pressure points because of their shape. Honestly, I got to the point where I thought all pregnancy pillows were uncomfortable and decided they just weren't for me.
I was wrong.
My husband surprised me with this pillow for Mother's Day, and OMG—it completely changed my sleep.
Not just my sleep, but my mood too.
I actually look forward to getting into bed now. I even get excited about naps because I know I get to use this pillow.
It's supportive without being stiff, soft without losing its shape, and somehow provides the perfect balance of comfort and support.
If you're on the fence about getting a pregnancy pillow because you've tried others and hated them, this is the one I'd recommend.

2. The Sleep Mask I Can't Sleep Without
This sleep mask has become a non-negotiable for me.
What I love most is that it blocks out light completely.
Want to take a daytime nap without closing every blind in the house? No problem.
Have kids who sleep with night lights that keep you awake? This solves that too.
The mask is incredibly comfortable and adjustable, so you can loosen or tighten it to your preference. I personally wear mine a little looser and still get complete blackout coverage.
I've noticed that when I wear it, I fall asleep faster because the darkness signals to my body that it's time to rest—even in the middle of the day.
Better sleep has been one of my biggest pregnancy goals, and this little purchase has made a huge difference.

3. The 8 Sheep Belly Serum + Sleepy Body Balm Duo I'm Completely Obsessed With
This might be my favorite recommendation on the entire list.
Going into this pregnancy, I was skeptical.
I've already been through two pregnancies and have stretch marks from both. Over the years, I've tried countless oils, creams, and lotions hoping they would help, but most left me feeling greasy, stained my clothes, and didn't seem to make much difference for my growing belly.
So when I decided to try the 8 Sheep Belly Serum and Sleepy Body Balm Duo, I honestly didn't expect much.
I was wrong.
The combination of the serum and balm together is where the magic happens.
Now in my third trimester, I've noticed something completely different from my previous pregnancies:
I have not developed any new stretch marks.
I haven't experienced the intense itching that usually comes with a growing belly.
My skin feels soft, nourished, and more elastic than ever.
One of my favorite parts is that my skin actually absorbs the products instead of feeling greasy or sticky afterward. I can apply them and move on with my day without worrying about staining my clothes.
Of course, every body and every pregnancy is different, but this has been my personal experience and it's the first belly care routine I've ever felt genuinely excited to recommend.
My belly skin has never felt better.

4. Collagen Peptides
Every morning I add collagen peptides to my coffee.
At 36 years old, I know my collagen production isn't what it used to be, and pregnancy places a lot of demands on your body—especially your skin as it stretches and changes.
While I can't scientifically prove it, I truly believe this collagen combined with my 8 Sheep belly care routine has been my personal holy grail combination.
My skin feels healthy, hydrated, and resilient.
Everyone's body is different, but it's become a staple in my routine and something I plan to continue long after pregnancy.

5. Vitamin B12 for Energy Support
Growing a baby while caring for two kids, running a household, working from home, and trying to maintain some version of normal life requires energy.
A lot of energy.
Since becoming pregnant, I've had to dramatically reduce my caffeine intake, which left me looking for other ways to support my energy levels.
Adding B12 has made a noticeable difference for me.
I feel more capable of keeping up with my daily responsibilities and less likely to hit an afternoon wall.
It's become one of those supplements I don't want to be without.

6. Vitamin D
This one surprised me.
During my previous pregnancies, back pain was a major issue.
In fact, I started experiencing back pain very early in this pregnancy and assumed it would only get worse as my belly grew.
After consistently taking Vitamin D, I've noticed a significant reduction in the discomfort I was experiencing.
It supports bone, teeth, and muscle health, and for me personally, it has become an important part of my daily routine.
I'm incredibly grateful I started taking it when I did and fully plan to continue through postpartum as well.

7. The Belly Band That Pulls Double Duty
I originally purchased this with postpartum recovery in mind.
What I didn't expect was how much I would love using part of it during pregnancy.
On days when I'm gardening, working on home projects, cleaning, organizing, or simply know I'll be moving more than usual, I wear the lower support band for extra belly support.
It helps distribute the weight of my growing belly so my back isn't carrying the entire load.
The result?
Less pain while I'm active.
Less soreness afterward.
More ability to keep doing the things I enjoy.
And because it's also designed to support postpartum recovery, I know I'll continue getting value from it after baby arrives.
I love products that serve more than one purpose, and this one absolutely does.

Final Thoughts
Pregnancy has looked different each time for me.
What worked during my first pregnancy hasn't always worked during my third, and I've learned that the best recommendations often come from paying attention to what genuinely supports your body, your lifestyle, and your season of life.
These are the products that have genuinely helped me feel more comfortable, rested, supported, and capable during this season.
If you're currently pregnant, I hope something on this list makes your days a little easier and your nights a little more comfortable.
You're doing an incredible job, even on the days when it doesn't feel like it.
